  • Yes! We bring all of our own supplies and equipment.

  • Cancellations done 48 hours before time of services can be done free of charge, cancellations done within 48-25 hours before time of services will be charged a $50 cancellation fee, cancellations done within 24-4 hours before time of services will be charged 50% of original service fee, can

  • 100% of your tip goes directly to your cleaner, you can do this either in person by providing a cash tip or add it at the time of booking.

  • Our Deep Clean includes all the services provided in our Regular Cleaning with the upgrade of:

    ● Cleaning inside the stove

    ● Cleaning inside the fridge (if emptied before arrival)

    ● Wiping down blinds, baseboards, ceiling fan blades, doors, door frames, window frames

    ● Dusting of all walls

    ● Scrubbing tile grout in bathroom

    ● Scrubbing faucet, drains, and sinks

    ● Cleaning range hood interior

    ● Vacuuming & hand-wiping furniture/upholstery

  • We base our prices on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in the home, meaning you will always be offered a flat rate depending on the type of service your home is in need of. We offer transparent pricing to be viewed easily on our website under our “About” tab.

  • Upon arrival of your cleaning you’ll be provided with the cleaning checklist that corresponds to the type of cleaning your home will be serviced with that day. This is the checklist we follow during the cleaning and double check after each cleaning. If you are not home during the cleaning the checklist will be left in a visible area for you to assess.

  • We do not currently offer carpet cleaning.

  • Our “What we do not offer” list can be found under the “Help” tab of our website.

  • For client comfortability we make the effort to send out the same cleaner to your home each visit. In the case of a new cleaner being substituted to clean your home on a visit you will always be sent a “Meet your cleaner” email which includes a photo of the cleaner(s) who will be arriving at your home, this way you're never met with a surprise.

  • Currently Toni’s Touch is a residential only cleaning company.

  • We offer Post Event Cleanings but we do not set up for events.

  • Yes! Our pricing for Move In/Out Cleaning can be found under the “About” tab on our website.

  • If you're in need of a one time, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly cleaning Toni’s Touch can do it all! Bi-weekly and weekly clients receive discounted prices on each cleaning.

  • Toni’s Touch does not offer cleanings on most major holidays, if your regular cleaning was to fall on a major holiday we will reach out prior to adjust our day of arrival to a more fit date.

  • Although Toni’s Touch does not offer cleanings on most major holidays, if your cleaning falls on a holiday where we are providing services you will not be charged extra.

  • We offer cleanings from 8am to 4pm.

  • Yes, this can be added to your service at the time of booking for an additional cost.

  • If your pet(s) are friendly and comfortable with new visitors we don’t mind them hanging around during the cleaning, but if not it is recommended and preferred that the pet(s) are placed in a safe area away from the region being serviced for the safety of our cleaners.

  • Yes, we don’t mind children being around during the cleaning, that decision is left for the clients personal preference.

  • Yes, we clean all interior windows.

  • Yes, we do offer interior cleaning of refrigerators if emptied prior to arrival, though we do not offer defrosting services. Interior fridge cleaning can be added to your service at the time of booking for an additional cost.

  • We offer discounts to both you and the person you referred when they book with us.

  • We do not offer hot tub cleaning services at this time.

  • Any cancellations made outside of the 48 hour window prior to receiving your cleaning is free of charge. Any rescheduling made outside of the 24 hour window prior to receiving your cleaning is also free of charge.   • If you would prefer us to exclusively use environmentally friendly cleaning products on your home you can add this at the time of booking for an additional cost.

  • Yes! If, for any reason, you find yourself unsatisfied with any part of your cleaning, simply give us a call within 24 hours of the service. We will promptly address your concerns to make certain the issue is resolved immediately. Our dedicated team will return to your location to correct any errors or areas that did not meet your standards, absolutely free of charge.
